Feed brings together a personalised content stream of updates, tasks, and notifications from across your Access platform. Hence, the information that matters to you appears in one place, rather than being spread across separate solutions.
📌 Note: Value added for your charity: Important updates and tasks reach the right people, without relying on separate emails or logging into each solution to check for news.

Feed can be accessed through the Access icon, your gateway to all Feed features.
Core Features
Essential Prioritisation | An AI-powered "Essential" feature intelligently prioritises your most important items, showing your top three critical tasks whenever you open Feed, so you can see at a glance what matters most. |
Multi-Platform Access | Access your Feed items seamlessly across both desktop and mobile, in the Access Evo app. |
Rich Content Format | Each item shows a clear title, a detailed description, a product icon and name to indicate the source, and a due date for time-sensitive tasks. |
Deep Links | Each item can link directly to the relevant part of its originating product, so one click takes you exactly where you need to go to view more or complete a task. |
Inline Actions | Complete simple tasks directly within Feed, without leaving it. Once you've taken action, the item is marked as completed. |
Copilot Integration | Start an AI-assisted conversation about a specific Feed item using Copilot. Product plugins give Copilot extra context on that item, so its suggestions are relevant to the task at hand. |

For a simple task, you complete it directly within Feed. It is marked as completed once you're done.
For a task you need help with, you use the Copilot integration to start an AI-assisted conversation about that item.
Manage your feed
Notification Badge | A badge alerts you to new items and disappears automatically once you navigate to your Feed, helping you stay on top of new activity. |
Feed Structure | Time-sensitive items are prominently displayed, completed items are clearly marked, and Essential items are given priority placement. |
Filtering by Feature | Sort and find relevant notifications quickly by filtering your Feed to view items from specific features only. |
Archiving Items | Archive completed or outdated notifications to declutter your main Feed, while keeping a record you can access at any time. |
