Learning gives your team access to a structured training environment designed to strengthen skills across your organisation. Select from curated courses, track progress and support ongoing development in a way that fits around busy charity roles.
From compliance to operational knowledge, everything is in one place, making professional growth easier to manage and easier to measure.
📌 Note: Value added for your charity: Your team stays compliant, skilled, and confident, without the cost and complexity of a full LMS. Training happens in the flow of work, not as a separate burden.
Core features
Pre-installed Courses | A curated library of ready-to-use courses covering compliance essentials including GDPR, safeguarding, internet security, remote working, and wellbeing. |
Progress Tracking | See who has completed which courses, who is overdue, and who has not started, at a glance and without chasing individuals manually. |
Automated Reminders | The system sends automatic reminders to learners who have not completed required training. No manual chasing from HR or managers needed. |
Learn Anywhere | Courses are accessible on any device, including desktop, tablet, or mobile. Staff and volunteers can complete training at a time that suits them. |
Role-Based Assignment | Assign specific courses to specific roles or teams. Volunteers get volunteer training, finance staff get finance compliance, and so on. |
Compliance Evidence | Completion records are stored automatically, providing an audit trail for regulators, trustees, and funders who ask for evidence of staff training. |
How It Works in Practice: Step by Step
Example: Onboarding a new cohort of volunteers with mandatory training
The Volunteer Coordinator opens Learning and creates a New Volunteer Induction learning path, selecting GDPR, Safeguarding, and Health & Safety courses from the pre-installed library.
They assign the learning path to the new volunteer cohort and each volunteer receives an automatic notification with a link to their training.
Volunteers complete the courses on their phones or laptops at a time that suits them, before their first shift.
The Volunteer Coordinator checks the progress dashboard and can see at a glance who has completed all three courses and who still has outstanding training.
Automated reminders are sent to volunteers who have not completed their training three days before their first shift.
Completion records are stored automatically, providing evidence for the charity's safeguarding audit at year-end.
